  Had a phenomenal experience at Pet Supplies Plus! It was my first time shopping at the store and from the second I walked in to the moment I left, I was offered the most spectacular and genuine customer service I’ve ever had in any store!! Seriously, I’ve never interacted with such amazing people that really seemed to care about my shopping experience and my dogs! A charming young man named Paul showed me some great training treats and suggested a lower-cost, better-quality dog food than the national brand I have fed for years and my dogs haven’t stopped begging for their food...finally leaving me and the family alone during dinner time!! I am beyond thrilled and greatful of all the advice he gave me and the time he spent with me—I will NEVER shop at another pet store after the attention he gave to me. All the other employees were friendly as well, but the time Paul spent with me was phenomenal! Heard the store was locally-owned, believe me I will share my experience with all my friends and colleagues. Keep up the great work!
